As a pioneer in the field of interest-based principled collaborative work in Alberta, Sharon has provided services: facilitating, mediating, conflict coaching, public consultation, designing systems, delivering training, developing curriculum, train the trainer manuals, and needs assessments for 26 years. She has been a part-time faculty Coach and Instructor with the Justice Institute of British Columbia (since 1992) and University of Calgary since 1994.
She has developed workshops, coached and instructed on contract for many post-secondary institutions and organizations in their Conflict Management programs for the past 26 years. In business for 40 years, the last 26 years Sharon has specialized in providing services and training in industry, government, education and workplace settings.
